If you want a nice place to store your stuff, this will be the place to go.. I've been with them for 11 years, going on 12...I've paid faithfully every month. I have my mom's and dad's stuff in there. They are no longer with me. It's a really nice and clean place, to store your stuff. There is really nice people, working at Premiere Storage. Idk, what I will do without them. @ least I know, my stuff, will be taking care of, and I know noone will bother, my stuff. Thank You, Premier Storage.....??

I miss Jill and Jim...?...I wish they still owed it. I've been paying on my storage, since 2013. I was paying, $40 a month. I HAVE the smallest, unit... Everytime, some one buys it, the price goes up, when the name changes, the price goes up. I'm paying, $114,08. Remind you, I have the smallest, unit...I can't wait, to get my stuff out, of storage...it's not right, my unit is sooo, small. They will change the name again, the price will go up. It seems like, the price keeps going up, Everytime, I turn around... it's ridiculous ...I know there are, cheaper, storage unit out, there. I can't wait to get my, chit out...I miss Jill and Jim. I'm sure , they wouldn't keep raising, the prices up. If anyone is thinking about, storing there stuff, you better think twice..... because, they will keep raising the prices up, everytime, you turn around..I WILL NEVER STORE MY STUFF AGAIN, AT PREMIER STORAGE... hopefully, I can get my stuff out, next month...I'm on a fixed, income. I can't afford to be paying, a $100+ a month. It's mostly my mom and dad's stuff. They are no longer here. I can't lose, my parents stuff...It's the stuff, I wanted.... Gosh, I miss, Jill and Jim...?

I'm a returning customer. I rented from them in the past and was extremely pleased. I tried another cheaper facility in orrville and was a bit concerned due to the day I moved In there was a unit broke into just 3 units down from mine. A bit concerning. A friend also informed me that this facility has break in all the time and it's on a regular basis. So this is why I'm returning to this facility. It may be 2x the price of the other place but It is worth it knowing my stuff is safe and secure. I don't have to worry about driving by my unit everyday bc I wanna check if it's been robbed. So once again I think insurance should be optional but u like last time when I gave 4 stars I'm a give 5 this time bc I understand why the insurance is needed and also I give 5 stars for cleanliness and security. Thanks......I'll be moving my stuff out of the other place and in as soon as possible.

I rented one of their big units for a few months and everything was so simple and easy. Easy payment process, easy move out process. I couldn't ask for a better place to store my stuff. Jill and Jim sold it, but the new owners are just as nice. Its very clean, and they take care of the place. I'm on SSDI and I get my check on the 3rd and the payment is due on the 1st and they work with me until I get my check... I've never met them in person ,but talking to them on the phone, they are very Polite and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better place to store my stuff... Thank you Premier storage. .
