Okay here's my honest review. The facility and stone lot are both fine. I have a private garage nearby so it's extremely convenient for me. The pricing is excellent. The staff is good. I couldn't find my unit the first time and called Melissa from the office after hours. She promptly responded and gave me the option of a different unit instead of the assigned one. I looked at both and chose the original unit. The units are air tight for storage only. Nothing wet should be stored inside. So don't complain if moisture forms inside because you something wet inside. The double handle latch doors are a little tricky to shut if it's your first time but not hard. Use your foot if you need to lol.
